What are some great ways to develop self confidence?
1. First, to watch the thoughts in your head. Praise yourself, don't put yourself down.
2. Take some time out every day to silence and quiet your mind. Relax a bit.
3. Treat yourself, and take time out to listen to your inner voice that speaks to you.
These are only a start, but they really help. Try committing to these three steps for a day, week, month! Even better, commit to it for your life :D
