You could use the rubbing out technique on her, but rather than focusing on trying to manifest her “away”, I think you should focus on the feeling that you and everyone you love is safe. If she were already gone, how would you feel? Relieved? Safe? Happy?
You could imagine her rubbed out/walking away and really feel those feelings. And then hold on to those feelings. Live in the end of her being gone. Whenever your mind tries to worry, direct yourself back to feeling that you are safe and she’s gone.
Also, I would take any action I could in the physical world to ensure safety of those I love. Especially if they are in some real danger.
