Hello everyone,
I need a bit of help and advice with my visualizations.
I usually do 2 visualizations a day, one in the morning, and one before sleep. (well if you don't count all the daydreaming and "wouldn't it be nice ifs..." throughout the day).
Before sleep i visualize me and my ex sleeping next to eachother and i'd incorporate the whispering technique as well.
In the morning i'd visualize me and my ex doing fun things together and having a great time with her. or visualize a sweet text from her, as if we're already back together.
However, the thing is, i've read or heard that you need to visualize from the 1st person perspective, and when i visualize, it's usually from the 3rd person perspective, as if i'm watching the movie i created rather than being in the movie myself, if you get what i mean.
Does that really matter? or is the emotion you get from it more important?
Also, how do you change going from a 3rd person perspective to a 1st person perspective, because that seems to be a bit difficult for me.
Another question i have is, do you need to stick with the same visualization(s) for awhile in order for them to work properly, or is it okay to switch them up almost daily?
