I'm new here but not that new to the LOA I attracted my ex back. I was happy like a kid but I forget all about LOA and with negative thoughts/feelings he left again... We're still in contact - I've talked to him 20minutes ago. It was because of his job... I know that he's got feelings for me - we were both, lovers and best friends (I couldn't imagine sth better), but as I've already said, we split up because of his job perspective here and because he cannot imagine to live in a long distance relationship (at the moment I cannot move from here to his place). I know that we'll be back together as we are still in contact, care about each other etc.
So I wanted to know how scripting works to rise my vibration.
Before I go to bed I always imagine the end result and no night passes without dreams in which we are happily together All day long I have the feeling I'm deeply in love and I'm grinning stupidly because I know that we'll be back together in a relationship soon. But that's at the moment that I feel like that - I know me too well, and I know that there are days when I cannot focus on the positive although I try my best to stop it
So how does scripting work? I've read that you write it down once and then put it away... Is it possible to write it every day? Let's say on Monday: "Today I've woken up next to ... And I'm so happy. We've gone to the cinema..." on Tuesday: "... and I have had a great breakfast and during that time we have planned our next holiday..."
If I do that - like writing a diary about the end result and feeling all the joy and happiness, visualise each scene during writing and being grateful for my life with him as it already exists - am I too attached then, don't let go and mess up with the LOA or is it one of the best things I can do???
