By having resistance towards getting back with our ex, are we saying no to the possibility of us being with them again?

Just by saying that you want to get back with your ex, you destroy the possibility, because what's needed is that you feel it's reality NOW. Having resistance shows clearly that you aren't coming from the end.

"Self-abandonment. That is the secret. We have to abandon ourselves to the state, in our love for the state, and in so doing live the life of the state and no more our present state. And to make the state alive, one must become it."

When you cook something in an oven there are a range of temperatures u can cook it at. But first you have to get to a threshold temperature for the food to start cooking - after that you know the lower the temperature the longer it will take to cook.

That's what resistance and manifesting is like.

Resistance doesn't stop you from manifesting. But first you have to shift enough of the resistance to get the momentum moving. After that it's a case of less resistance = quicker manifestion.
