Waking up with low vibrations

Hi guys!I am experiencing waking up out of alignment these past weeks. I don't know what it is but I keep on waking up, feeling heavy in my chest, with anxiety and low vibrations of worry and fear. I know for a fact that it has to do with my desire that I am trying to manifest, which after a setback (that is not solved), I am having a lot of doubt that it is even possible so I guess that is why.

The thing is, I try going to bed feeling calm and at least at a neutral vibration, like I will watch LOA videos on youtube or listen to subliminals, so I do go to bed feeling at least neutral. But then when I wake up, it's like I'm hit with a sense of worry and just misalignment, and then I have to work rather hard to just bring myself up to feeling neutral, and some days (most days lately) I just can't bring myself to feel in alignment.

Any thoughts? Why do I wake up feeling like this...?

Any subconscious fears and doubts are always still but when you wake up cause I had felt this way before direct your thoughts to something else it takes practice but helped me

We all have periods of time that we don't feel our best. I get super extra emotional around a "certain time of the month" and yesterday I was having a very good day and then seeing someone from my office change his relationship status on facebook set me off and I started crying and feeling sorry for myself thinking how I am the last single person left in the office now. I feel silly now for doing that but sometimes you just need to let your emotion be and then pick the pieces back up and raise your mood and thoughts.
