If you happen to miss a day or two, should you start all over again?
I've missed a day cause I was so busy . It can happen . I would start over cause I'm just the type of person that likes to do things consistently.
Sorry for the delayed response. Like Selfloveiskey says getting busy is the main reason how I'd skip a day. There are only so many hours in a day and the visualizing part may not happen for me at least.
