Remote seduction basically. It's where you close your eyes see your person in front of you call them to you and have them say what you want to hear . Hear their voice . And then wish love and let them go basically. The other one is the same but you are being more sexual with them . Teasing them etc and you still have them say what you want them to say to you. People swear by this but I personally haven't seen anything .

The difference is that Lanies techniques are supposed to be a form of remote influence so you're conciously trying to connect with the other persons mind and influence them rather than just visualising you being together.
