Hey, I've been lurking on this forum for a few months now - I guess what I'm really here for is to get some support. Unfortunately, I saw my ex's ig account through a friend's and saw many pictures of the girl he is currently dating. He seems really happy too. My heart sunk when I saw those pictures but after awhile, I felt indifferent. I'm just lost, like I'm in the grey area and I'm not too sure what to do? I'll be grateful if anyone can help me out and advice me on what to do.

P/S: We have been in NC for a few months now and I just recently contacted him to notify him that I'll be mailing back his stuff. His replies were amicable.

Update: I'm so done. A day later he replied "transferred your money btw"

Well, I think you need to work on yourself, I don't know if you're trying to manifest him back or??? But yeah work on loving yourself first, I'm sorry but I don't think you're in a position to manifest him right now. I'd recommend Agnes Vivarelli on YouTube.

You're right, I do need to work on myself. I find it so difficult to shift my focus off of him and when I do try to work on myself, I feel like I know that I'm doing this to get him back? I really need to work on detaching

Detaching/letting go means getting rid of all of your negative feelings you have about him and the relationship. But yeah you do need to detach in a sense from him. Also, unless it makes you happy I'd recommend staying off of social media, like clearly going on your friends page isn't a good idea at this moment. Social media can lead to a lot of comparison, which is not self love. Trying Agnes' rubbing out technique!
