Can you get your lover back without thinking of them?

I find when I think of him not always but sometimes I think of who he's with as well, which I don't want to attract of course. So I do have some resistance. Abraham says that if you let it go the problem will dissipate and then comeback in a way that pleases you. Should I do so?

I think it takes a lot of courage, but it would probably the most beneficial way for you.

But don't let it go to manifest something. Let it go, because it doesn't feel good to think about it and you want to feel good.

Thanks! I think so too. I was thinking that I want to be happy. That's my main goal. Everything else will fall into place once I do, and I know to feel good I have to stop thinking of that.

My respect. I think you are the first person I have seen here since I registered that makes that decision so early and I am looking forward to watch you grow and find your way back to who you really are.

Just found this:

"Now, if you could never think about that again, that conclusion would be easily answered. In other words, you don't have to run around thinking only THAT THAT THAT in order for it to be achieved. But you cannot hold as steady thought thoughts that vibrationally contradict that desire." - Abe
