So she commented on like everyone's post but mine. Hard to stay positive now.
I shouldn't have checked. I'm gonna stay off Facebook for a while. I can't have this hinder my progress nor my belief.

Is "everyone" a generalization or a fact? Is there someone's post she hasn't commented on? If so then that isn't everyone. She could have just stopped commenting for a bit and gone off to do something other than Facebook. Don't read too much into it and ask yourself is this really worth getting upset over? It probably means nothing. She also, given your history, possibly doesn't know what to say. Now it's Saturday, or Caturday in my house so it's time for me time, so do something you like that is unrelated to her for the rest of the day.

You don't have to stay away from Facebook, only her page. Use it to connect with other people unrelated to her.

For real! Honestly, it's humorous and terrifying at the same time how easily people let what happens on FB run their life. Makes you want to tell people to get a grip lol
