So I'm needing a little advice. My ex left quickly after years together and started another relationship like a week later she quickly moved out. I am trying my best to ignore current reality however my ex and I are still close and talk quite often and have even started hanging out more! My question is when she talks about her new girlfriend or says she's so happy and she loves me but she's happy and wants us all to be friends how do I ignore current reality and the feeling of rejection?! I'm trying to ignore and most of the time I do well. But it's a little hard when it's so in my face.... I'm sometimes a little scared she may be gone forever then I stress that I'm ruining my manifestation. Also sometimes when we see each other we end up crying together and I'm afraid that this is also ruining my manifestation if I am sad and not happy all the time!! HELP!
