Personally I don't think it means anything at all and it's random.
Though I'm happy to be corrected. I used to hope it did because I was in love with someone whose birthday was 11 November and when I saw it I told myself it meant we would be together. We never did get together.
I'd love to hear evidence about the significance of this.
