Thank you I do both. RS is something I do mainly at night but I visualise (not sexually) during the day

When you script do you have to put a date on it. Can you just put a month and year? Or maybe a season of the year?

I sometimes put a date in the future on it but other times I put the day's date and scripted about that day I would have liked to have happened as if it already had
