So last 2 days I had been slightly lazy in visualisation because I had been tired from work and catching up with coursework for uni, couldn't concentrate properly and I guess I was just content with my current reality. I already feel calm and collected that my manifestations have come true in my mind.
Then today... just as I opened my book to do my Uni work I had to do a study about Neuro-linguistic Programming. It says ''It encourages daydreaming as a powerful step in achieving your goals. You need to give yourself permission to dream and play.''

I think it's similar to visualisation. Maybe it'll help people understand visualisation in a more psychological way. If even professionals are telling you to visulise to meet a certain goal or desire of yours then it's gotta work. So trust and believe with no doubt!
Pretty sure the Universe caught me out and is telling me I need to visualise more, even if it's 10minutes a day. Hahaha...
