Veronica's Law of Attraction Forum / RS - Beginner's question

Hi,
I just read about RS and don't get how it works and how will the person be attracted to the one doing RS. I read Veronica's post and it says you can also do it on someone that is not available. So lets say you are doing it on someone like that won't that just make them feel more attracted to their current partner? And how do you know it's working?
I heard also about Wendi's RS. Has anyone used it? What is Lani's RS?

Basically the goal is to call out to that person's spirit and visualize a connection between the two. Lanie Stevens' books explain it in a way that's really easy to understand. She has guided meditations as mp3s too and those have helped me, because in the beginning when I first tried this kind of visualization I was a bit confused as well.
