He only mentioned her once to me and that was it. He still contacts me on his own though. Always checking how I feel although I feel fine about the situation. As well as we have more deep and meaningful conversations then when we were dating. I am thankful that our communication improved. My mind is off the other girl. I got the book Mindful Manifestations to learn to relax and breathe when manifesting. It had my favorite Chinese Proverb in the book that I used to keep with me, "Tension is who we think we should be. Relaxation is who we are." I need to get back to the visualizations. I also started morning yoga, and want to try some holistic therapy. Just to center myself, I still get random anxiety, but not from fears. It just happens. I believe that it will work out, especially with how close we are getting with each other. He has been so sweet since we started speaking again, he seems more open with me about things too. I will give him so much love and appreciation, I no longer feel that tension between us that I used to. I just want to create a better story with him. Especially since all these years of dating him, I know exactly how to turn our relationship around with the help of loa.
