Not sure if anyone has heard of this guy but he's GREAT in my book.  Lots on shifting realities and being at ease with whatever is happening.  This clip in particular is one about seeing something you don't like in your reality, and choosing boldly to see it differently anyway.. very similar to Neville.  Be delusional. Taken me a while to be OK with saying that haha ;)
