Hello everyone,
I just wanted to quickly share my story and journey.
I have always been really negative person, my thoughts was my biggest enemy and I never thought it was a problem.
Quite recently I found myself in a very dark period of my life and when everything started to fall apart I knew that it was a sign for me to change.
I started meditating, I started to work on my thoughts, I started to read more books related to self development.
I started to give time for me only, without anyone, without my phone just some quality time with myself and I can see the difference. I mean its still hard and I have doubts sometimes but besides that Im on my journey to self love
