Hello everyone,
When i go about my day, i try to live in the end result or in "the wish fulfilled". I'm sure you all know what it means.
I want to manifest my ex back and so i try to act as if she's already with me. When i take a nap, i imagine spooning with her. When i take a walk, i imagine walking hand in hand with her, etc.
However, sometimes current reality kicks in and i just start missing her so much, also remembering things she said about never coming back to me, and just feeling upset. Which i shouldn't do because why would i miss her or go over negative past conversations when she's with me right now? 🙃 And then i try to fight that missing with saying/thinking affirmations and taking a few deep breaths, or just surrending to it and let it go away on its own, but that's also risky because i tend to linger on it for quite awhile. I have the feeling i focus too much on acting as if we're already back together as well.
Bottom line is; can anybody help me or give me advice on how to truly live in the end result and how to go about your day using it? Do you imagine your lover being with you 24/7 or do you just visualize it for a couple of minutes and then let go?
