All I'd wanted was to cancel part of a website order the morning after I'd placed it. Doing this was a bit of a fiasco in which I was promised repeatedly that those items would be cancelled, but nothing was ever done. Instead, several days later I was sent the items anyway. I contacted the company again, this time got to the right person, and she gave me a full refund, including the cost of the items I didn't want to cancel, and told me to keep everything.
