This could be considered a 'small' thing. I ordered 2 items from a website that doesn't charge for postage if you spend a certain amount. I later decided I only wanted the cheaper item. If it had been the more expensive item, I still would have spent enough not to pay for postage. I wanted the cheaper item but to not have to pay postage on it, but I didn't want any hassle, so I tried to cancel both items. The website only cancelled the more expensive one but sent me the item I wanted and didn't charge me for the postage. I hadn't made a big deal out of it, but uppermost in my mind all along was receiving that item without having to pay any postage, and that is exactly the result I got.
