Sure, it’s possible. But, if you know his name, why not just look him up on social media and send him a message? Or maybe he goes to that bar regularly?

If you’d rather not take action like I mentioned above, then visualize meeting him again every night. Or visualize going on a date with him. The things that would need to happen to get you to that point will sort themselves out. Don’t notice the absence of him or regret not giving him your number.
