Dear All,

I have a question, and like to gather your thoughts.
In your goal to attract back an ex, would you prefer to be in touch with them or not?

I'm currently in touch with him, but its way too formal for comfort and he is very neutral, which does not sit really well with me. This is the guy who also told me that he will not see me anything beyond a friend. ( Now I feel like laughing at this statement, cause I know this not to be true soon enough, but sometimes, when I'm out of wreck, it throws me out completely of my goal )

any suggestions?

I've been in both situations having contact and no contact... there's pros and cons to both... I honestly don't know which one is better... because with no contact you can't' see the progress you're making(especially if you believe in the "you pushed out") and being in contact, if you're impatient it can cause problems

I prefer the no contact option, I know how needy I can get and nobody needs that. As it stands right now with the guy I care for I'm blocked on social media and he changed his phone number which has been a godsend for me! I know I have things to work on in regards to myself so I'm chalking this one up as a win. I know in my heart he will be back in my life once I do the outer work so I won't be losing sleep over him.

Hmm, I haven't been on much and me personally I prefer contact option. I van see how I would react when he does not contact me in comparison when he does.

I know I am always on his mind and the electricity is there and connection is true.

Mind you I was blocked and everything...
