I've spent a lot of time on myself today, got in my own way and berated myself. It happens. I've learned today that resisting resistance brings you more resistance. I've had my little meltdown, cried about it and now I'm starting to feel stillness internally. I also learned the past can be changed. Neville Goddard's revision technique is incredible!

I've posted about this in other threads but why not do it again? I spent a lot of time in therapy a few years ago because my mental health was all over the place, this was the place I first came across this technique. I had many EMDR sessions and I was told to write out a bad memory, then give it a better ending. I found an old notepad of stories when I was cleaning my desk so I sat there and read through them. I felt nothing towards what I'd written, even though I'd stated in the stories how awful they'd make me feel but I didn't feel a thing reading them. They are just words on a page, all I can recall is the happier endings I made for myself. So to sum up this waffling, something bothering you? Delete. Erase. Adios amigo, new story time.

It Is Not What Happens To You, It Is How You Respond To It.
