Hi
I am on my way of exploring spiritual awakening, life & learning new. As you all know I love keeping privacy, that I will do. These words HIT ME IN MY BELLY BUTTON !! I am feeling like something forcefully is about to leave my body, some energy. 
It's about changing beliefs- TO manifest anything you want!
If you are stucked in a situation eg manifesting his call / text. Common on this forum. 
You will find yourself doing some repitative actions, habits. Constituting your behavioral pattern. 
*** You are in general not like this, with anyone else. why with this person ?

YOU GAVE HIM that POWER. To be at your superior / dominating level. 
eg. If he says, wont contact you. YOU TRUSTED THAT STATEMENT !!! when any loved / authoritative one says something, it goes quickly in subconscious. Aftr few yrs of LOA, meditations even if you find this post NOW & feel this is resonating with you ; you are DONE !!

ROOOOOOOOT of your problem is THIS. 
Get your power back. Be aware, it was only 1 line. Once this line / those words loose their POWER on you as you are now AWARE about them , your self love meditation and other techniques will make you more positive. 

WHAT you are inside, you get OUTSIDE> If you change your BELIEF, you think-feel-believe-create diff. you can then go in different STATES as Neville says.
