Yeah, nothing's wrong with wanting to spend some time with him. I'm just saying that basically, your end goal is to have a relationship with him, not this event, so just keep your focus on the relationship. And believe me: once you start focusing on something else (your work, hobbies, friends etc.), that's when your desire will make its way.
But how was your relationship so far? Were you friends? Did you communicate a lot? How many times have you met? Maybe this information can also help me to give you a better advice.

Right ok I understand. 
I have known him for 3 years, he is a twitch streamer (streams games online), we chat during his streams with other people around of course, I haven't met him yet (hence the Dublin thing), we don't communicate a lot no.

OK, I see, thanks for the new info! Well, nothing is impossible, you can definitely manifest him. Just keep doing what you are doing, and feel good about it, and most importantly, about yourself! I think you are on the right track, you just need to be a bit more patient. And just a little success story: I have a friend who got to know her boyfriend in an online game (this kind of stream site - sorry, maybe it's not the right expression, but I'm not a gamer ), the guy being in another country, and he moved to her place and have been together for 4 years or so. So nothing is impossible, really.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I didn't get a notification! Thank you for the story it helps! I think I am impatient because of the times I've heard people say ooh it's so easy, it works so fast, attracting an sp is not as hard as you think... I have no time frame to go of on and that makes it harder. I think that this is my only issue at the moment.

Everyone's path is different, we can never know why the other person succeeds faster or does not succeed at all. We have different kind of resistances, so it can happen that someone else can attract his/her desire easier because they don't have that much of resistance around that topic, they can cultivate the feelings easier, they can let go earlier in the process, etc. I read a very good article about it, saying that we can never know what others' manifestations mean to them. Just focus on yourself and your own path, and it will unfold at the right time.
Also, as a personal experience, I realized that having a time frame just causes me a lot of stress, and I cannot let go. So I removed the deadlines from my manifestation, and it's so much easier like this.
