Attracting a specific person is something done from within.
It happens inside first and then is reflected on the outside.
You have to feel worthy of what you want to attract.
If you don't feel you can have a relationship you can't attract anyone let alone a specific person.
You have to believe that you deserve this and that it fits into your life.
You have to do the things that support getting this end result.
If you don't feel loved inside, you can't get it on the outside.  You have to feel it inside first.
