Great job! Your activities are somehow difficult. But I know you can do it! Just believe that losing weight is easy and eventually it will become easy for you!

I actually loss over 100 pounds in one year from Th Law Of Attraction alone. I did not change my diet or exercise either. And trust me, I am not a healthy eater. I eat whatever I want to eat.

This post was written by someone in January 2017 who hasn't returned to this forum for well over a year. What is the point of commenting on it now?
And as far as the OP's extreme exercise plan went, I'd be surprised if they'd been able to keep that up for long. A regime like that is more of a punishment to one's body than beneficial.
