When you aren't willing to learn more about LoA and to fully get it, then it's the best to give up, because you will only struggle and perpetuate your suffering. How can you expect success, while you don't know the rules of the game?

That is a decision that you have to make that what you once desired, you no longer want. From your previous posts I know that you have had a hard time letting go and there have been some obstacles that have made you feel fearful, but I encourage you to really search deep inside because there is a reason that we desire what we desire. Learn about LOA, and from there make an informed decision.

Thank you so much for paying attention to me, ive had had a really hard time today because my ex contacted me for the first time in 5 months but it wasnt positive, i feel humaliated but im going to keep going! Thanks for giving me hope

I might be a little harsh in saying this but who cares? He contacted you because you manifested contact from a negative and fearful place. We all do that. You heard from him for the first time in five months, but what were YOU doing during that time. Were you living from fear and in a sad place? Or were you loving and gentle to yourself, happy with yourself and not basing your happiness on anyone else? These are two different people, and I'm going to tell you that one of these people is able to HAPPILY manifest their perfect relationship. From where I stand right now, you're the first person (sad and fearful) so anything you receive will be in response to your vibration. There are going to be good days and bad days. If you consistently have bad days and bad experiences that has to change within you. Maybe take him off of social media or block him. Cut the contact. when you are ready unblock him. There is nothing wrong with that. Make sure you are ready to manifest him back into your life. Learn about LOA and begin putting the pieces of your own life back together first and then from that place you manifest great things regardless of what it is.

I'm just going to give you the advice based on what's been helping me as of late. If you can't get over the past, change it. Neville Goddard's revision technique is an absolute godsend. Re-write it and give it the ending you want it to have, revise that until it's fact.
If you don't understand the principles of LOA, give The Secret a watch. Here's a link to that. There's also The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale, he talks about LOA from a money standpoint but the same principles apply, here's a link to that. 
There's also Abraham & Veronica herself, just search those up on YouTube.
Once you feel ready to attract your love back there are plenty of recources out there.

Being in the vortex is when you are in alignment with everything you want. There is no resistance. You are happy because you know your power. You know everything you want is yours and you just feel great about everything and everyone. Trust me you will know when you get there. It feels truly amazing to have no resistance or fears😆
