I work in a food court and my workplace is pretty hectic, especially when there's a huge queue and not everyone is pulling their weight. I use to be so stressed out with everything but nowadays I go in all calm and chilled. I serve with a smile regardless if the customer is rude or not. I just think - Okay nothing personal, maybe it's way they were raised or I dunno a bad day. So when I was dealing with more 'demanding' customers everyone else around me at work would snicker, for me I just smile and do my job.
