or the yoga instructor doing these positions that are still meant to be "easy", and er i can do some things but *eeeek!* lol
some of the balance things especially trying head/shoulderstands or whatever scare me cos i think if i fall over the wrong way i could break my neck Β probably not a good thing to attractΒ

And actually headstands are easy! It's all the pretzel positions that I obviously have resistance about! πΉ

i find it hard just to do you know the ones where you sort of balance on half your body with one hand and leg pointing up into the sky? i looked it up - half moon pose.... and at the moment dolphin pose and big toe pose are IMPOSSIBLE for me, er i can't even touch my toes without bending my knees nooooo! maybe i should make that one of my goals for the end of our 30 days, do the big toes pose
my mum is a yogi and she can do amazing things, she usually does it totally in private but a few times in my life i've walked in on her with her body in these amazing shapesΒ Β my granddad and greatgranddad were gymnasts also so maybe i have actual flexible genes in there somewhere! (i hope!)
