Dear all, I am taking up Veronica's 25 day challenge and I am creating this thread to get advises as and when I stumble upon hurdles.
I believe in the Universe and it is working for me. I am going with the flow of the Universe and I know for sure what I wish for is going to happen
Below is the link to my post confirming that I entered the challenge
Day 1:
Yesterday was Day 1 in the challenge. I went through videos from Veronica in youtube and repeated it often to make myself clear on some doubts. I have also started writing my own journal on things that I am grateful for. Then went to gym to give myself some change in the environment and build my body (as they say healthy body helps to have healthy mind). I slept on one side of the bed leaving space for my partner. I visualized my partner saying how much she loves me. Some part of the visualization was from the past memory. I get the visualization of our breaking up once in a while but I push it by imagining the good things we had. I am also listening to the law of attraction affirmation videos whenever I get chance.
Today is Day 2 and I am flowing with the universe's chain of events. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to let me know.

Day 2:
It was my Day 2 yesterday of the challenge. There were some ups and downs but I started using the subliminal affirmation videos while I relax and other affirmation video while I do my chores. I am sure it is working. I got a hunch to go to the swing dance party and I went in the evening. It relaxed me a lot and gave me a new boost.
Dancing swing after one year really rejuvenated my mind. While driving, I kept listening to the affirmations.
I was facing once challenge that to visualize and RS. My memories were popping up in my mind now and then but overall I did better than day 1.
I also tried using the focus wheel and it in deed is helpful to channelize the thoughts. I tried law of attraction while coming home with the traffic signals, and it worked. I am believing the law of attraction more and more and getting stronger.
There is one other thing I realized is, I joined the challenge out of despair to get my ex back and slowly I am moving away from desperation to the detachment with complete belief that the universe is working on getting my girlfriend back.
If anyone have any suggestions on visualization / RS, it would be helpful.

Well done Princecharming. I'm thinking of going for it too. I've noticed that when I felt positive I was getting better vibrations back from my man. And the last week I've felt low and the response is negative too. So I'm going to focus again and raise my vibe.

Day 3:
I dunno what came to me but I sent a message to my girlfriend that I am sorry and she is always welcome to text me or call me any time. I was feeling better than before. I was listening to self affirmations and practicing meditation. It is hard in deed to visualize but I am not giving up.
Many people manifested through law of attraction and I am also going to manifest the law of attraction. It is going to be easy. Detachment is the difficult part but as my friend Sam suggested I am trying to use the Neville method. I am in fact trying to use it immediately after the event that this happened in the way I dreamed and I can make it better next minute.
It is getting easier and easier. No matter what challenges come in my way, I am succeeding them with my small steps.

Well done. Try to relax before you visualise. And if it's hard just think of the feelings that you have knowing you have your love with you. I find that when I can't visualise I feel happier just sending unconditional love, I think it's called sending love energy then I get a warm feeling and can then visualise easier. I've read that you don't need to visualise clearly I was getting hung up on not seeing his face clearly. I was looking into his eyes today while talking to him, taking a snapshot to help me visualise, I made myself laugh and I felt a bit sneaky.

Day 4:
I was listening to various people talk about the law of attraction and it was really helpful. One method which I liked the most is standing in front of the mirror and talking to yourself as though you are a second person that you are allowing to give everything that you wish for.
It actually gives both confidence and give positive vibration. It is like looking your problem / happiness from the eye of the third person. Hope this helps to all others
