hey guys im kind of stuck

i messaged one of my SP's and im also manifesting good things between us and good communication. we haven't talked for a couple of months. i added him on snapchat and messaged him and it was pending for a second and then my message delivered. today I realized it went back to pending. I feel stuck and that im back to square 1. I was wondering if you guys had any advice on how I should deal with this/techniques i should use. Thank you! 

PS: he just blocked me on snapchat
