How do you keep your vibrations up during the day ?

How do you keep yourself in alignment and stay focused during the day? Do you read your affirmations more script more ?

This is where building a strong belief system in your abilities is good. When we do this we can fall back on the reminder that all things work out for good. Some people hear use focus wheels, others use meditation and affirmations. I personally like journaling and reading success stories on forums and such. Just reminds me about millions of other people who have been in the same position or even worse and have overcome their obstacles.

Thank you I will have to keep rereading all my favorite stories from the secret website... I heard of a focus wheel before but I'm not quite sure of how to use one

This sounds really interesting to try and do , how do you start the conversation with a stranger ? I want to do this tomorrow

Usually I'll usually give them a compliment or perhaps make a joke about something that happened in our presence, or maybe if I'm at the store I'll comment on something they're buying. Most people are really receptive and there's some friendly back and forth before we part ways.

This is a little tougher because when I'm alone my mind wanders but I try to keep myself busy. That way my mind is too preoccupied to think of bad things. And when I don't have anything to do, I will come on the forum and read advice I've been given, or explore some older posts that have been forgotten about. I also like to pick a random movie online without knowing anything about it and I'll watch it, and since I don't know what it's about, I pay close attention and that keeps my mind focused.

Okay thank you that's a good idea just keep re reading success stories ....and keep myself as focused as I can
