To tap into this amazing creative power, you need only quiet your mind, relax your body, and remember who you REALLY are. You're not just a physical being; you're not just a parent, friend, employee or citizen. You are so much more than the outer shell you can see and touch! You are light and love. You are energy and vibration. You may not believe that right now, and that's okay.

You can prove it to yourself by being very deliberate about your thoughts and feelings.
