Good morning everyone (just about).
I have been listening this morning to a very interesting clip this morning by Wayne Dyer.
He was chatting to his audience about sleep and your source within. I found it very interesting, and I know I was drawn to this clip this morning. It's given me food for thought.
I would like to ask a question first of all to you all if I may?
How many of you wake up between the hours of 3 am and 4 am (excluding having to get up for work, babies etc)?
How many of you wake up at exactly the same time between 3 am and 4 am?
I wake up occasionally at this time and the one thing I have noticed about it is that when it's between 3 am and 4 am I usually wake up really refreshed. However I (and I am practising being more allowing on this one myself), even if I am wide awake, will just usually pop to the bathroom and back to bad for a few more hours sleep. Esther Hicks says that sleep is overrated and we just use it to push our reset buttons.. I am still 'working' on this one.
Anyway, I really have had some more food for thought this morning and I know that I was drawn to the clip, as it isn't what I would usually have listened to.
However, I had just meditated for 15 minutes beforehand and was just browsing for something else to listen to. I followed my impulse and this has led me to ask you all this question.
I am asking around in various places, as I love to do a bit of researching and I am so keen to hear the answers from people.
So here is the clip by Wayne Dyer. I had to go off and find it again. Well worth a listen if you are 3am to 4am'er
Have yourself a happy manifesting, Thursday all
