Awhile ago, my darling asked me why would I be insecure with him if we were living together at the time? I came to know the answer. It's because even though him living with me was enough proof of his commitment to me, as well as wanting to marry me, I did not love myself enough to admit that to myself. I just kept harshly criticizing myself and telling myself he didn't love me.

So on my journey of self love my perspective changed to the point that I came to trust him completely. I came to trust the universe is working with me. Why else would I have been able to manifest him back? I agree with Cherished that self love is the MOST important part of this journey. Self love is the journey.

When you begin to love yourself, you begin to live in every moment. You love yourself enough to cherish every single moment, no matter the situation. You love yourself enough to enjoy life to the fullest. In your life, it's YOU who matters. So I thought for awhile, then I had an epiphany.

I thought why not start a YouTube channel on helping women create the life they want. Then partner up with a male who wants to help men in the same way. So I already started my project. Chapter 1 focuses on self love. There are twenty three parts to it as I give exercises to try out for self love.

My first excercise is to write ten things that you love about yourself. I will write mine as an example:

1. I love that I am eccentric.
2. I love that I am creative.
3. I love that I am daring.
4. I love that I am open-minded.
5. I love that I am understanding.
6. I love that I am goofy.
7. I love that I am persistent.
8. I love that I am charming.
9. I love that I am open to bonding with others.
10. I love that I am giving.
