This is one of the most important things that you can actually do. By placing your focus on good health and the natural wellbeing that is flowing through you, you are then emitting more positive vibrations than you would if you were focussing on the problems/illness. These positive flowing vibrations are what the law of attraction will work with to send you back more of the same. That is more good health and wellbeing. This, in turn, will then lead to more positive vibes and so on putting you in a very positive cycle which is where ideally you want to be.
