Hello guys! I'm really glad the forum has now new members! You are all amazing but today for me it's not a good day. And I know that talk about it just make the vibe worse but I really need someone to talk about my feelings.
Right at the moment I have the worst headache in weeks and I'm drinking green tea to help it a little bit. Any suggestions? All day I have been in pajamas and feeling like crap because of the headache, if only I could get rid of it, I would be the happiest girl in the whole usa hahahah π
I am kind of moody like all over the place, missing my man because I haven't heard of him for almost 4 weeks and at the same time trying to act as if he already is with me but it's hard. I read Cherished post about and she's right ;)
But the headache just make me lose my focus and I would like to hear from you guys because you always makes me feel better

If I'm feeling that bad I stop and take a nap! It slows your momentum. And when you are asleep, you are completely non-resistant. And when you awaken, that's a great time to try and focus on appreciations
