Still experiencing lack

Heey everyone,

I caught myself still being in lack and subconsciously thinking about it that way.
I've been repeating affirmations such as "I'm so happy she's my girlfriend again" "I am now happily back together with..."  and "I love how our conversations are flowing again!".
Mainly because i want to rewire my brain and make my subconscious think that it is true.

I've been doing my best to live in the end, but i still caught myself unknowingly thinking "i miss her" and "why am i not good enough for her?"  And all those sorts of negative things.

I know i should completely disregard current reality and imagine myself in the end result of us being back together. And already truly feel as if we're back together. But i just can't keep that up 24/7.

So does anybody have some advice on how to remove that lack?

what always helped me is to take a break from thinking of the person for a few days. If it doesnt make you feel good it is best to try to not think of her. Meditation is also a good way. Β 


She believed she could, so she did.
