Only did this a few times on the new person ex was dating (we stopped talking for this reason).

I saw him on a dating app yesterday meaning he's single. The pictures were new.

It's basically a way of removing a 3rd party, if one exists. The way Agnes Vivarelli walks you through it, you visualize drawing everyone, making the 3rd party a really vague stick figure. You tell them that it's time for them to go, to leave, and they agree. You seal the deal by imaginatively taking an eraser and erasing them completely, so it's only you and your SP.

can i actually draw in a piece of paper and draw, or it has to be all visualizing?
