now my concerns is that im afraid he wont return it
and secondly i am afraid he gets "too much fun" in his vacation if u know what i mean
and im afarid the only reason he came back is the money

NB: i once loaned him 100 euros and he didnt return it back

how can the LOA help me with such situation?

Your world is made up of your beliefs. So you are the one who actually gives meaning to why he came back to you. If you believe it was for the money, that will be your experience. If you fear that it could be because of the money, you might manifest confirmation of that. So give it a good meaning.

How you perceive him is how he will show up in your world. If you perceive him as someone who might have “too much fun” on his vacation, you could create him to be that way because you are worried about it.

I think that you should tell him how you are feeling.

wouldnt telling him how i feel make things worst?
and speaking about infidelity and cheating can manifest more cheating?

 
No, not speaking about it, but persistently fearing it, imagining it happening, and believing he was doing that could.

In my personal opinion, communication between two people is very important for a healthy relationship.

But if that’s not how you feel when it comes to this situation, then do what you feel is right.

Be patient and persistent. He will tell you all you need to know. Do yourself a favour and listen to it as an introduction to his teachings about conscious creation and then do more studying from there. There is far more to this than getting some 'ex' back. It's about creating all aspects of the life you want to have..
