journaling

Hi beautiful people!Β  I read a lot about journaling.Β  For example, to write our day the way we would have liked it to be (with our specific person or ex for example).Β  But when I do that, it makes me sad because it makes me think about the fact that the day didn't go like that.Β  Any pointers to help me do it better?Β  Thank you Β

I think you need to have belief that you can have what you want before anything. You’re very aware of the current reality and are discouraged that nothing will change, so that’s why scripting makes you feel sad. I think if you become more certain that you can have what you want through LOA, techniques will help you believe you have what you want, which is what the purpose of them is.
