Recently I have started visualising, every day.

So, 2 of those 8 days, I visualised a bit longer than the others, let's say 25 minutes.
I visualise about my ex and I and of course exclusively positive and romantic stuff we do and it feels great.

Both mornings after those longer visualisations I have had private FB-messeges from another female that I hadn't heard from for a long time. The other person doesn't write when I don't write first and suddenly she said good morning and sent me a screen shot of what she's listening to just at that moment.

Is that a good sign that I am on the right way? They are still not the ones I want to be back with, but I keep doing this until it works.
