What to do when you are having a bad day?
1. Remember that every bad moment does end up passing by. You'll feel better soon! So, take comfort in that.
2. Remember that even a bad day does not erase all of the good days you have had! Don't assume all your visualizations have suddenly been cancelled out! Because, it's simply not true.
3. Take a moment to relax. Let yourself feel bad for the day. Sometimes when you allow the bad feelings to flow freely, they tend to go away! If you get mad and resist them, then they will pester you!
I hope these points could give you some encouragement! A bad day doesn't have to be something to be devastated about. Everyone has them, and it's ok! You don't have to be perfect. Don't expect yourself to be so.
