This is a great chance to discuss unwanted thoughts during visualization. I get asked this a lot, as many of you are experiencing thoughts you don't want to have - and especially don't want to have manifest - while meditating. I want to say that if you struggled against something, it will only persist. Thus, if you keep giving those thoughts power, they will only keep coming at you.
Now, this is an interesting thing, because if you realize you *don't* want to have these thoughts - then you are preoccupied with them anyway (and well, with the idea of avoiding them). But, the problem is - the thoughts are still there and making you absolutely miserable!
I do want to say that I don't believe these brief thoughts will accidentally manifest. But, they are making you totally anxious, which really makes the point of visualizing useless. Visualizing is all about putting you in a calm state where you feel your creativity. And, if when you are getting ready to visualize, all you are thinking of is avoiding these thoughts - then what is the point of visualizing?
If you are experiencing these problems, I would say to actually stop visualizing using the same routine you are right now. Or, just allow the thoughts to come into your head. Who cares? Because, they aren't thoughts you feel passionate about. So, does it really matter if they pop into your head? The answer is no. But, they will matter if you keep making them matter!
So, either take a break from visualizing. Or, just don't care about those "unwanted" thoughts

I am having a lil bit of visualizing trouble lately. Plus my person accepted me back and because I have been there for him since he's been locked up in jail. However the old negatives keep coming back on me. And, its been stressing me out and I did a lot of positive happy visualizations for a long while plus self love meditations. And, now I feel like I just sent my manifesting down the drain. Plus, im still thinking he will come out of jail in a month the same as he went back in. I watched your other video and still battling the old negative since I really don't need that in my life anymore nor need the unhappy moments.

And also, can you do a video on those attracting a better version of their person treating them better. Plus those who were with someone abusive: verbal or physical. Plus someone who was on drugs and hanging around the wrong people. And, now are just focusing on themselves and their child and you. Btw he and Are back together but, I just need a better version of him this time around and things to be different and new.
