Today is a great day to allow yourself a few moments of silence and calm.  Try to go to a quiet spot, and just listen to the stillness around you.  If you are unable to go someplace quiet, then just try to take a few moments to feel the stillness in your mind.  Focus more on the sounds around you, instead of the chatter in your mind.  This can really help you regroup

Life can be super busy, but that doesn't mean you can't allow a few moments to yourself
