Breathe

Random but I know a lot of times we feel like things aren't possible. I know what helps me is to actively pay attention to my breathing. When I start to breathe deeper I feel more relaxed and can think clearer. Make a conscious effort when you feel down to notice your breathing. Also ask yourself what makes you happy to do today? What I'm rediscovering is that it's important to ask myself that and everything else falls in line.
