Hi everyone, I have a question about using affirmations to change your current reality.
I'm in a situation with a person who went from talking to me a lot and showing interest in me to telling me he only wants to be friends and he also stopped communicating with me even though we work together and I'm forced to see him every day.
I'm trying to say affirmations like "I'm happy that D. and I are communicating much more now" or "D and I enjoy talking to each other" and other similar ones. Does anyone here have success with changing how they feel and projecting by saying affirmations that are not your current reality?
